Senior Support Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at a fabulous Care home in Rothley. As a positive role model with excellent leadership skills, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care is essential, with a willingness to complete Level 3
  • At least 6 months experience of being a Senior or Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is essential
