Senior Care Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Companion to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care staff, you will provide exceptional support and companionship to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

The successful candidate will have experience in caring for older people and possess excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a can-do approach and empathy towards our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living, including personal care and medication
• Provide support and companionship to residents, sharing great moments and memories
• Ensure residents have one-to-one time and follow individual care plans
