We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team at QED Legal in Sutton Coldfield. Our firm enjoys a loyal client base, providing a steady and reliable source of work.
This role is perfect for a motivated, friendly, and organized individual looking to join an experienced team with an existing caseload in place, good progression opportunities, and a great workplace culture.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience running a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactional work. A willingness to engage in business development efforts and the ability to forge relationships with new and existing clients is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including house sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and right to buy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding our client base.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and provide excellent client service.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to engage in business development efforts and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
