Nursery Practitioner Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team at St Patrick's Catholic Primary School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the Catholic ethos of our school and contributing to the education and care of our children.
About the Role
- Grade: Grade 4, Point 6 – 14 (£23,000 – £27,000) paid pro rata
- Hours: 35 hours a week, Term Time plus 1 week, Permanent (Monday-Friday 8:15am – 3:45pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the leadership of the nursery in promoting the Catholic ethos and values of the school
- Contribute to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality educational programs for children aged 3-5
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider community

Requirements
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years Education
- Experience of working in a nursery or early years setting
- Ability to inspire and motivate children to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
