Our in-house Change experts will guide your career development, providing training and mentorship to help you grow into a Software Development, Data Analytics, or Automation direction. You'll also enjoy regular catch-ups with ea Directors, a buddy system, and access to a fully funded, bespoke training programme.
This role requires a full driving licence and access to a car. You'll need a technical undergraduate degree and a passionate interest in Change and IT. In return, you'll enjoy a salary increase to £32,000 in year 2, bespoke flexible training, a health cash plan, 26 days annual leave, and hybrid working with commercial exposure.
