Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner, delivering exceptional service and meeting our company's standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
  • Develop and build your skills, knowledge, and experience within the meetings & events department, aligning with our company's culture of growth, development, and performance.
  • Proactively look for new opportunities and cross-sell our services to maximize revenue growth.
  • Participate in the conversion of inbound and outbound enquiries, contributing to a sales-driven culture within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in meeting and events coordination.
  • Ability to adapt to changing service environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with existing clients and accounts.
  • Creativity to produce a proactive sales culture environment.
  • Proactive approach with a hands-on attitude.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry.
