About the Role

Discovery is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. You will be working closely with a gentleman in his own home, providing companionship and assistance in planning and enjoying his daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the gentleman in his daily life, assisting with meal planning and cooking, and engaging in conversation.
• Plan and participate in activities that bring joy and stimulation to the gentleman's life.
• Develop and maintain a strong, caring relationship with the gentleman.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Discovery team to ensure a high-quality service.

• Passion for cooking and crafting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage in friendly, positive conversations.
• Creativity and enthusiasm, with a willingness to bring new ideas and energy to the role.
