About the Job

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in procurement, with a focus on luxury goods and hospitality. They will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to ensure high-quality goods and services that meet luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Sourcing: Source and procure high-end hotel products, including food and beverage, furnishings, amenities, and operating supplies.
  2. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
  3. Budgeting: Monitor and control procurement budgets to ensure cost savings and efficiency.
  4. Training: Provide training to internal teams on procurement best practices and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on hospitality, luxury goods, or a related industry.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury standards, brand expectations, and high-quality product sourcing.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
