Social Care Administrative Assistant

Role Overview:The Admin and Finance Clerk will work closely with Social Care teams to provide administrative and minute-taking support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality social care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and minute-taking support to Social Care teams, including Fostering, Looked After Children, Family Support & Intervention, and Safeguarding.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using database management systems and software applications relevant to the role.
- A competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
