We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Security Architect Leader to join our team at ECR Global. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in security and infrastructure architecture to drive modernisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other Principal Architects to develop a cohesive enterprise-wide view of IT infrastructure and security.
  • Design and implement a strategic roadmap for infrastructure and security, ensuring alignment with governance principles and adherence to established architecture guidelines.
  • Lead and mentor a team of solution and enterprise architects, focusing on digital-first, automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in leading architects in the security and infrastructure space.
  • Proven track record working in insurance, preferably in Life & Pensions and investments.
  • Expertise in hybrid environments, with strong knowledge of on-prem and Azure infrastructure and services.
  • Established leader in the security and infrastructure domain, with a passion for staying up-to-date with current and innovative technology.
  • Experience running end-to-end governance processes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Azure and/or security certifications (e.g., AZ-305, SC-100, CISSP) are advantageous.
  • Experience achieving ISO 27001 certification is highly valued.
