Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising clients on a comprehensive range of matters, including estate planning, tax, trusts, contentious and non-contentious probate, wills, and powers of attorney.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with a sharp eye for detail and a flexible approach to work and time management. You will be working in a highly successful and expanding Private Client department, which is now one of the biggest teams in the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advise clients on estate planning, tax, trusts, and probate matters
* Draft and review wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
* Conduct research and stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
* Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive advice to clients

Requirements:

* 3-5 years PQE in Private Client law
* STEP qualification desirable but not essential
