Marketing Director, International Snacks Brand Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to annual planning milestones, recommending innovation strategy and pipeline anchored into a consumer-first mindset and supporting key markets' profitable growth.
  • Lead a team of Senior Brand Managers and Brand Managers to orchestrate a cross-functional team in the development and execution of innovation and renovation pipeline.
  • Build a funnel to ensure pipeline sufficiency with strong consumer desirability, industrial feasibility, and financial viability.
  • Orchestrate Trade Sell development & Snacks Academy deployment with Category to drive strong internal and external engagement.
  • Lead high-complexity strategic projects.
  • Support Category on the development of PPA strategy & pipeline build.
  • Line Management Team of 3: Senior Brand Manager/ Brand Manager/ Project Manager.
  • Champion project management excellence, demonstrating best-in-class project management skills.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of brand marketing experience in consumer goods.
  • Prior experience in innovation and development, preferably with a strong grounding and experience in brand strategy, brand experience and in-market activation.
  • Learning and growth oriented with a consumer-first mindset and experience in brand leadership.
  • Ability to translate insights and trends into strategies and plans.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to plan effectively, deliver on time, and delegate appropriately.
  • Ability to excel when working with ambiguity; flexibly minded offering innovative solutions.
  • Resilient, ability to overcome challenges in a creative way and to drive positive energy within the team.
  • Experience in P&L management, commercially savvy with a good understanding of drivers of profitability.
  • Passionate networker and connector with the ability to influence and inspire change, exceptional team player with the ability to work within and lead a cross-functional team.
  • Inspiring communicator, able to influence and energize teams & convey a compelling vision with senior leaders.
  • Passion for growth, able to develop strategies that step-change results.
