Job Summary

We are seeking a Transportation Operations Assistant to assist with vehicle collection and delivery, ensuring a seamless and professional service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and polishing.
  • Valeting: Complete both mini and full valets, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in perfect condition.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Check for any damages or issues and report them promptly to the appropriate team members.
  • Customer Vehicle Transport: Assist with collecting and delivering vehicles, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow legal and safety regulations, including the Road Traffic Act, while maintaining company service standards.
  • Workplace Management: Keep the workspace clean and adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.

About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated individual with experience in vehicle valeting and care. You will also:

  • Be highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (ideally clean) and be over 21 for insurance purposes.
