**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Children's Home in Cotteridge and Erdington, West Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained, while also promoting the well-being and development of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services, making recommendations for improvement
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the seamless delivery of services
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

**Requirements:**

* A relevant qualification in social care or a related field
* Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential care setting
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
