Boutique Investment Firm in Mayfair seeks an experienced Administrative Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience gained in an administrative role ideally within a boutique financial services environment.

This role involves supporting the directors and their families, including extensive diary and meeting management, international travel arrangements, and liaison with high-profile stakeholders.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000-£45,000 per annum, plus a superb bonus and benefits package.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will work closely with the EA/Office Manager in supporting the directors in a range of business and personal work. You will have a flexible and 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude, and be comfortable working in a small close-knit team.

Key duties:

  • Supporting co-founders with diary and meeting management
  • International travel arrangements for directors and their families
  • Liaison with high-profile stakeholders
  • Expense management and project administration
  • Some operational support, including onboarding and HR
  • Assisting in organizing events and meetings
