About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Moonfleet Manor Hotel, part of the Luxury Family Hotels Ltd group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and confections that exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Develop new and innovative recipes to enhance our afternoon teas and special occasions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends in pastry and dessert arts.
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef and kitchen team to create cohesive and delightful dining experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and presentation.
  • Creative flair and ability to innovate while maintaining consistency and quality.
