Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Private Client Solicitor to join our growing team at a busy high street law firm in South Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing Wills, applications for Grant of Probate/Representation and Powers of Attorney, and will be able to ensure good client communication, both face-to-face and remotely.

The role involves undertaking fee-earning work, subject to supervision, and maintaining regular fee earning at agreed levels. The successful candidate will have excellent standards of customer service, be able to build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues, and have a 'can-do attitude' and a willingness to help grow the department.

The successful candidate will also have strong IT, typing skills and confidence in preparing written documents, and previous similar experience of working within a busy department.

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal who is looking to build on existing skills and take the next step in their career within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Wills, applications for Grant of Probate/Representation and Powers of Attorney
  • Ensuring good client communication, both face-to-face and remotely
  • Undertaking fee-earning work, subject to supervision
  • Maintaining regular fee earning at agreed levels
  • Excellent standards of customer service
  • Building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A 'can-do attitude' and a willingness to help grow the department

  • Previous similar experience of working within a busy department
