MET Technician Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician to join our team at Tru Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art body shop.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
* Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
* Utilize modern equipment and techniques to repair vehicles
* Collaborate with the team to achieve high-quality results

**Requirements:**

* Recognised apprenticeship as a MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician and technical qualification (such as NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ)
* Previous experience working as a MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter within a busy body shop
* Strong team player with self-motivation to earn bonus hours
* Experience with Geometry work and 4-wheel Alignment
* Diagnostic training

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive salary up to £46,000 (DOE)
* Time saved bonus
* 45 hours per week
