About the Role
As a Deal Sourcing Solution Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients across Europe. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying new revenue opportunities within these accounts, driving growth for Datasite's Deal Sourcing Solutions product.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop In-Depth Client Understanding: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by actively engaging with them, understanding their needs, and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Generate Revenue Opportunities: Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and the management team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to both internal and external customers, building lasting partnerships.
- Contribute to Team Success: Participate in training sessions, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and client events to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the Sales & Account team.
Your Skills and Experience
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other European languages, particularly French, is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong track record of success in customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
