Optical Dispenser

About the Role

As a qualified Dispensing Optician, you will provide exceptional customer care and expert advice to make a real difference to our customers. You will work in one of our stores, reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing clinical support in store for regulated dispensing
• Sharing knowledge to offer the best service and inspire your Optical team
• Listening to customers' needs and offering expertise and advice
• Helping customers choose the correct eyewear and providing guidance
• Supporting the team to deliver an efficient model day and operational processes
• Providing expert knowledge for patients with specialist requirements

What You'll Need to Have:

• Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)
• Passion for learning and development, completing all CPD training as part of the GOC requirement
