Support Worker - Supported Living

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Making Space. As a Support Worker in Supported Living, you will play a vital role in supporting adults to live independently, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting adults on a person-centred basis to live independently in their own properties
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as medication management and domestic duties
  • Encouraging and enabling individuals to access community resources and activities
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with service users and their families
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12
  • A part-time schedule of 6 hours per week, with flexibility to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
