This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned executive to take on a leadership role in our Scottish region. As a Regional Leadership Opportunity, you will be responsible for driving the growth agenda and leading a regional office network that controls a multi-million revenue book across the commercial and corporate insurance markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run the regional P&L and make strategic decisions to drive growth
- Lead a team of individual branch leaders and operational heads to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement a brand recognition strategy across events and industry functions
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client accounts
