We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a fantastic 'Good' Ofsted rated SEN School in Hampshire. This is a great opportunity to support pupils with SEMH and help enrich their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with SEMH in a classroom environment
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Providing individualised support to students as needed
Requirements:
A keen interest in education and working with young people
An understanding of SEMH and how to provide support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
