Job OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence and safety in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication
- Support clients to maintain their independence, including assistance with meal preparation and household tasks
- Offer physical and emotional support to clients, including providing companionship and emotional support
- Assist with medication and meal preparation, as required
- Use our dedicated care app to ensure first-class, person-centred care
Requirements:
- A can-do attitude with a caring and reliable nature
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues, clients, and their families
- Full Driving License and access to your own vehicle
- We do not provide sponsorship; all applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Evenings and Weekend working is essential
