About the Role
Ackerman Pierce Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Social Worker to join our Safeguarding and Assessment Service. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in safeguarding children and families by carrying out detailed assessments and interventions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive and high-quality casework to support vulnerable children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Carry out thorough child and family assessments, including section 47 enquiries, to evaluate risk and need.
- Develop and oversee SMART plans for children who are on Child in Need, Child Protection, or Looked After Children statuses.
- Uphold high professional standards, engaging in regular supervision to support ongoing professional growth.
