Restaurant General Manager Wanted

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer service standards, training and developing your team, and maintaining company and brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive customer service standards in your site
* Train, coach and develop your team
* Maintain company and brand standards, adhering to H&S guidelines
* Keep up with current trends, including competitor analysis
* Enjoy being on the floor - no sitting in the office for you
* Demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
* Be target driven and customer service orientated
