  • Maintaining document recording for technical services
  • Co-ordinating and uploading reports to AMS / Maximo
  • Data capture and input
  • Work orders processing
  • Auditing records
  • Note-taking during meetings and production of minutes as required
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Providing cover as required for Reception duties
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery

An attractive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum is offered, along with benefits including a stakeholder pension scheme, 25 days' holiday plus public holidays, and reimbursement of professional fees.
