About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team at S&W Wholesale. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, maintaining high standards of productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload deliveries and maintain stock accuracy
  • Work with the wholesale team to prepare wholesale orders for delivery
  • Accurately pick and scan orders using RF guns
  • Minimise missed sales and losses to the company through accurate picking
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to achieve procedures and team targets
  • Communicate any stock issues with the Stock Department to ensure prompt resolution
  • Maintain a safe working environment that complies with all aspects of the company's H&S Policy
  • Act as an ambassador for S&W Wholesale and behave in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English
  • Hold or have held in the last 3 years a Forklift License
  • Experience working within a warehouse environment
  • Experience operating a forklift in a busy warehouse environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Physical and manual dexterity
