We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Third Party Governance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating activities around the governance of Third Party Suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold internal monthly supplier governance forums to ensure effective management and oversight.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts to gather insights and form a comprehensive view of supplier performance.
  • Review trends and issues from key suppliers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to review pipeline activities and identify potential risks.
  • Represent Third Party Risk across key governance forums and committees, including Tech & Ops and ERC.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Financial Services, preferably in Third Party Risk Oversight or Vendor Management.
  • Proven track record of running and chairing key governance forums and committees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
