About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team as a Functional Assessor. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing individuals and how their disabilities or conditions affect their work life.

You will draw on your clinical expertise to listen carefully to each person's medical history, perform physical examinations, and produce concise, accurate reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) so they can decide each person's eligibility for benefits.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of clinical practice and assessment methods
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

As a Functional Assessor, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while working in a flexible and supportive environment.

About Our Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £37,500 - £43,000 per year, plus a bonus of up to 10% once approved and eligible. We also offer:
