We are seeking a seasoned Production Operations Manager to join our team at Prime Appointments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take charge of our production operations and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. To oversee the entire production process, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
  2. To lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  3. To analyze complex data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  4. To collaborate with cross-functional departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive business growth and profitability.
  5. To ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience in electronics manufacturing, with a proven track record of success in managing production teams.
  2. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and drive results-oriented initiatives.
  4. Experience working within ISO-compliant manufacturing frameworks and quality standards.
  5. Relevant qualifications in production or business management.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
