Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to join our in-house design team at CMC Markets. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting digital and print-based projects, collaborating with designers and developers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual design concepts for digital and print-based projects, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our design processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and concise design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Take ownership of design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise.
  • Excellent working knowledge of design tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and design thinking methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with animation and motion graphics, using tools such as After Effects.
  • Understanding of native app design principles and experience with designing for mobile devices.
