Sales Negotiator - Civils & Drainage

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, specializing in civils and drainage products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling a range of civils, drainage, and construction products to housebuilders, civil contractors, and groundwork companies.
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries via email, telephone, and on the trade counter.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Raising quotations and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Liaising with suppliers to organize direct to site orders.
  • Inputting orders into Sage order processing software.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within the construction industry, preferably in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of civils and drainage products and their applications.
