Job Description
We are seeking a People Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, be able to multitask, and manage a range of activities without being phased. They will work with our teams to provide specialist advice and support on programmes from the team member lifecycle, focusing on learning and development, recruitment, induction, absence, and case management.

The role offers a lot of variety and opportunity. OneRen is in an exciting time of its journey, with the Paisley Reimagined Museum coming on board. The People Advisor will work on initiatives and projects that focus on continuous improvement, supporting the economic regeneration and civic renewal of Renfrewshire.

Working Environment
We operate with a hybrid way of working, empowering our team to balance their time between home and the office. There may be a requirement to work in our sites within the Renfrewshire area.

Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a People Advisor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in HR, contribute to the success of our team, and enjoy a positive and rewarding work environment.
