About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in Merton and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you will provide personalized support to our clients, assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Manage medications and administer as required
  • Cook and prepare hot meals
  • Help with domestic tasks and maintain a safe and comfortable environment
  • Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
