Job Description:
We're currently seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Cygnet Hansa Lodge. As a key member of our team, you will work part-time (24 hours/week) and contribute to creating a positive and safe environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our service users, including offering enhanced care with a flexible learning approach, providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support, and assisting with medical and welfare needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users
* Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
* Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
* Assist with medical and welfare needs
* Report on medical and welfare needs as required

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
