About the Role

Come join us at Cornerstone VC as our Head of Analytics and Operations We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our analytics efforts and help us drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in analytics, proficiency in Python and advanced SQL techniques, strong analytical, creative, and collaborative skills, marketplace / marketing experience, experience building high quality 0-1 products, experience launching productionised machine learning models at scale, exposure to functional languages like Go, Rust, Haskell, or Clojure, familiarity with Phoenix Framework, Phoenix LiveView, Surface UI, TailwindCSS, Oban, PostgreSQL, and WebRTC, and knowledge of feature flags and machine learning concepts.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with Cornerstone VC's vision.
  • Lead our analytics efforts and ensure effective communication of data insights to stakeholders.
  • Design and build dashboards and tools that enhance the user experience by leveraging proprietary data.
  • Improve internal processes through data-driven decision-making and operational enhancements.
  • Align data architecture with business objectives and effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders across various levels of technical expertise.
