We are seeking Support Care Workers to join our dedicated team at Sanders Senior Living. As a Support Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents in embracing life to the fullest, promoting independence within a kind and compassionate setting.
Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Support residents in maintaining their independence, encouraging them to engage in daily activities and hobbies.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.
We are looking for individuals who share our values and are passionate about delivering exceptional care. You will have:

Salary and LocationThe salary for this role is £11.50 per hour. The role is based in Chalkwell Grange, with opportunities to work a range of shifts, including days and nights.
