We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Butler Rose. As a key member of our HR department, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Partner with senior leaders to identify HR priorities and develop plans that support the business strategy.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Change Management: Support the business through periods of change, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
  • Performance Management: Work with managers to develop and implement effective performance management practices that drive results.
  • Policy Development: Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

What We Offer:
