Job Overview

Gi Group is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team in Chesterfield. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food according to set recipes and health and safety guidelines.
  • Cook and prepare elements of high-quality and diet-specific dishes.
  • Work under pressure in a timely manner to meet meal service demands.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation practices.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and management.
  • Assist other kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Food Hygiene level 3 or willingness to work towards (assistance can be provided by Gi Group).
  • Ability to cook with fresh ingredients from start to end product.
  • Relevant experience in the catering industry or similar establishment.
  • Ability to follow hygiene guidelines and adhere to health and safety policies.
