English Lead Teacher - KS3/4

We are seeking an exceptional English Lead Teacher to join our dedicated team at a reputable independent SEN school in Windsor. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the KS3/4 English curriculum, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of all students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help each student achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and discipline, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Stay abreast of the latest educational trends and SEN best practices, integrating them into the teaching approach.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in teaching English at KS3 and KS4 levels, ideally within an SEN setting.
  • Strong understanding of special educational needs and experience in adapting teaching methods to support diverse learners.
