Salary: This role offers a competitive base salary of £85,000 per year, plus a substantial performance-based annual bonus.

About the Job: As a 3rd Shift Staff Pharmacist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our pharmacy services are delivered to the highest standard. You will be responsible for building the pharmacy capability of store teams and conducting continual review to ensure customer and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice
  • To account for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
  • To build the pharmacy capability of store teams
  • To conduct continual review through audit, observations and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount
  • To deliver a range of professional pharmacy services

Requirements:

  • To be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  • To demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and external local professionals
  • To have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers
  • To be collaborative with a team-centered approach
  • To have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
  • To be a great communicator; able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients
