Your Role as a Strategic Healthcare Advisor

You will be part of a team that provides impartial, expert advice to large and mid-sized corporations, private equity, families, and entrepreneurs, governments. We design and execute strategic M&A and financing solutions for our clients, acting as trusted partners taking a long-term, independent view on the challenges they face.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on relevant industries to support wider marketing initiatives, optimising various sources of information.
  • Contribute content to pitch books by conducting ad-hoc analysis.
  • Update industry databases and credentials.
  • Develop and maintain standard or bespoke financial models with colleague support.
  • Use valuation techniques to support client advice, including discounted cash flows, trading comps analysis, transaction comps analysis, and LBO-based valuations.
  • Draft sales documentation (Information Memorandums and prospectuses).
  • Support the team in coordinating the transaction process internally and with other advisers.

What We Are Looking For

  • A degree or equivalent: 2:1 or above.
  • ACA qualified: first-time passes (distinct advantage, not essential).
  • Previous experience gained in a similar role in another financial services organisation.
  • Exposure to fundamental financial principles and experience applying these.
  • Effective relationship building skills with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, persuade, and influence others.
  • Experience overcoming setbacks to deliver results.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Aptitude for ongoing personal and professional development.
