About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Advancement. As a key member of our Advancement team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development across our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Effectively manage resources and prioritize tasks to meet fluctuating workloads.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including contractors, technical teams, and political representatives, to resolve technical issues and risks.
  • Participate in tender bids and business development opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage commercial aspects of projects, including fees and financial planning.
  • Lead inspections of highway structures and manage maintenance projects.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of highway construction methods, design standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Recent experience in conducting design and assessment of highway structures using Eurocodes and the DMRB.
  • Experience in undertaking feasibility studies, design, maintenance, and supervision of bridge-related projects.
  • Strong project and resource management skills, with good financial and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) standards and methods.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
