Job Title – Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Avrenim Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems for our clients, including distributed energy schemes, energy centres, and heat pump system design.
  • Appraise and interpret client requirements to ensure that electrical systems meet their needs.
  • Design systems with calculations, equipment selection, and process operations.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.
  • Assist in both mechanical and electrical aspects of project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to verify installations and ensure that they meet our quality standards.

Requirements

  • Working towards HNC/HND or degree qualification in Electrical Engineering.
  • Solid Electrical Design credentials, with experience in designing electrical systems for commercial and industrial clients.
  • Understanding of BS 7671 requirements and British and European standards.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Ability to travel to sites and work in a fast-paced environment.
