About the Role:

In this role, you will be part of the UK and Ireland HR team, responsible for delivering HR support and applying specialized HR knowledge across the Sunderland Manufacturing Plant. You will provide HR guidance and support to employees, managers, and business partners, ensuring compliance with labour and employment laws, company policies, and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Labour Relations: Support management, BPs, and HR Services on labour and employment law matters. Provide legal advice on employment contracts, discipline, grievances, and family-friendly legislation. Assist with absence management processes and referrals to occupational health.
  • Compliance: Maintain company policies and procedures aligned with Group rules, policies, and local legislation. Ensure compliance with global HR systems and processes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of labour and employment laws, company policies, and legal guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
