We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at HCP International. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service centre.
The RoleAs a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the service desk, working closely with our technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs, and providing outstanding customer service to our clients. You will be a key member of our team, working in a fast-paced environment to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the service desk, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient workflow
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a service centre or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £28,000 to £32,000, depending on experience, plus the opportunity to earn bonus through ongoing training and development.
