About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista Maestro to join our team at our brand-new refurbished store. As a Barista Maestro, you will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver excellent customer service standards and train baristas in the art of crafting great coffee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Train and coach baristas to deliver the best coffee experience
  • Support the Store Manager in all areas of the operation

  • Ability to train and coach others
