About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Assistant to join our client's London office. This varied part-time role will provide support to their Head of HR and is initially for 6 months, with potential for full-time status in 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a broad spectrum of HR work, including contract management, recruitment administration, employee relations, benefits administration, document preparation, and ad-hoc projects.

Previous experience in HR is essential, as is understanding the importance of confidentiality in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Produce employment contracts and ensure accurate and timely completion.
  • Recruitment Administration: Manage recruitment processes, track candidates, and maintain records.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support for Employee Relations cases and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare various documents, such as correspondence and reports, as required.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A strong communicator, able to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
