The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) SEN Teaching Assistant role at Teaching Personnel offers a unique opportunity for a caring and dedicated individual to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). In this role, you will work alongside experienced teachers and SENCOs to deliver exceptional support to students with SEN, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

You will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to children with SEN, assisting them with their learning and development. You will also work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), creating a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes independence and confidence in students with SEN.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support to children with SEN, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students with SEN to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also crucial, as you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

We offer a competitive salary range of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within the education sector.
